We do mot offer pre-sales, holds, or personal sourcing.

Please note that all watches are FINAL SALE! No returns except exceptions. Each watch is vintage/second hand so please expect some wear!

Price range

Prices can range from as little as £15 to up to £150 and even more for luxury brands such as Gucci. Prices are based on uniqueness, condition, demand and the effort to source items. On average watches cost £45-80.

Do the watches work?

All watches are tested and work. If a watch does not work it will be specified in the description.

All watches have a battery however, we cannot guarantee how long the battery life will last. 

When do new watch drops happen?

Drops will be announced on our Instagram @etherealtreasuresss. So follow for updates and announcements! We aim to do one drop per month.

Do you host events?

We frequently attend markets and events throughout the year. All events are based in the UK, primarily in London. We have had the chance to attend amazing events such as Salad Days Markets, Second Life Markets, and the opportunity to sell at the iconic vintage hotspots in Shoreditch. 

Sustainable Packaging

We care for our environment and our dear home, the planet. We try our best to reuse and recycle all packaging. All bubble wrap used in packages are reused, never bought brand new. Other components such as tissue paper, jewellery boxes and ribbons are often reused.

Please expect some watches to come in jewellery boxes not from their original brands. This is done to avoid waste and recycling.

Watch materials

As the jewellery and watches are vintage we have no knowledge of what they are made of.

Most watches are made of copper and have stainless steel backs. Under no circumstance should watches be in contact with water or any harsh chemicals.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If your country is not on the website, send us a message and we will try to sort it out! 

How long does shipping take?

It takes about 1-5 days after purchase for orders to be sent out. The shipping provider we use is Royal Mail for both domestic and international orders. Shipping timings will vary depending the destination. For the UK shipment would normally take 1-3 days to arrive to you, for international 1-4 weeks. 

What if my package is lost or not received?

To ensure all packages arrive, all orders are sent with tracking. Please note that after an item has been shipped, we do not have any control or responsibility on how the item gets to you. If there is an issue with delivery please contact your post office or your local mail provider. As a last resort contact us and we’ll try our best.

In cases where items are shipped back to us due to buyer error, you must then be responsible for covering the cost for reshipment. In cases where it is a sender error, we will cover the re-ship cost. 

⚠️Custom Charges Notice⚠️

Please be advised that depending on your country's customs laws, you can be charged customs charges, taxes, and fees when placing an order. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by our prices.

We are unfortunately unable to pay for or refund any customs fees. Before placing an order, consult your local customs regulations. If you refuse to pay the customs fees, your product may be returned or delivered without you receiving a refund.

Returns

NO RETURNS, each item is final sale!

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
