Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! If your country is not supported on our website, send us a message and we will try to sort it out! 

How long does shipping take?

It takes about 1-6 days after purchase for orders to be sent out. The shipping provider we use is Royal Mail for both domestic and international orders. Shipping timings will vary depending the destination.

What happens if my watch arrives broken?

Before shipment, we give every watch a thorough inspection and secure packaging. If you think the damage happened before shipping, please get in touch with us. Be aware that damage incurred during transportation is not our responsibility.

What if my package is lost or not received?

To ensure all packages arrive, all orders are sent with tracking. Please note that after an item has been shipped, we do not have any control or responsibility on how the item gets to you. If there is an issue with delivery please contact the post office or your local mail provider.

Please be advised that depending on your country's customs laws, you can be charged customs charges, taxes, and fees when placing an order. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by our prices.

We are unfortunately unable to pay for or refund any customs fees. Before placing an order, kindly consult your local customs regulations. If you refuse to pay the customs fees, your product may be returned or delivered without you receiving a refund.
